Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at 844.353.5433, 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Failure to cancel/reschedule will result in you being charged a $25.00 service fee. NO REFUNDS will be issued for services rendered. Gems will be replaced for free up to two weeks after placement (at the discretion of the Gem Specialist)
